Rotherham Safeguarding Children Partnership’s Structure Delivery Groups
The delivery groups report directly to the partnership executive and the independent scrutineer Darren Downs.
Independent Scrutineer
Darren Downs is a retired senior leader in policing, having retired as an Assistant Chief Constable, and has worked across partnerships for over two decades, and in policing for 30 years. He is an experienced chair, having chaired numerous partnerships over the recent years, including Childrens Boards, Adults Boards and Community Safety Partnerships, along with extensive experience in managing multi-agency working across multiple Local Authorities.
